Well, for one thing, this was way over priced. The letters are so small and difficult to slide into place. There is not much room to put in a reasonable message like "Happy Holidays." I think your money would be best spent on the message cutter Williams Sonoma carries. You can get three different shapes instead of the one here and they are a better deal.

I like this set and use it a lot. The letters are small, which can be good (more words fit on a cookie) or bad (hard to load into the printing tray.)One thing I really appreciate about this set, is it includes trays that are not permanently attached to the cutter. So you can use the set to imprint messages on ANY cookie shape, not just the shape that is boxed with the set.
